Come Meet Us
Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about us! WCCOB is a little different than many of the congregations you might find here in rural Ohio, but as you get to know us you might understand why our members come join us from Dayton (or even further).
Our diverse community meets for worship on Sundays at 10:15–one worship service, although some of our families speak English at home, some speak Spanish, and a few use Swahili. We trust in the vision of all nations and tongues praising God together (Rev 7:9), and as we practice our small taste of that, we often sing in English and Spanish, have translation by projection, and (during the sermon) by live translation in headsets.
We’re always delighted to have children join us in worship! Children participate along with adults during our opening prayers and songs. During the sermon and after, children of elementary age and younger have the choice of remaining with their parents or heading to children’s activities.
We’re easy to find, just north of the intersection of 202 and 571, but after the pandemic we have kept our worship hybrid. Visitors are welcome to drop by in person, or to join via Zoom.
